Brooke Jordan

Brooke will be at Lifetime Fitness in St. Louis Park, offering a free spin class on Sunday 10/18 at 11:30 am. She will also host a brief gathering after the class with treats and a tour. If interested, please send an email to Brooke at bej1980@yahoo.com by no later than 3 pm, Friday October 16.

Also, she will be at the Shed promoting her new, premier 8-week fitness program offering group fitness classes with the one-on-one attention of a personal trainer.
