Training for your first triathlon, competing for higher rank or just want to be part of a focused fitness progaram, the Pedal Tri Club 12 week indoor cycling program is for you.
Your coaches and trainers
Scott Herman, Hannah Bonnewell and Jeannine Lise.
Your coaches combine years of experience as triathletes, marathoners, certified coaches, certified personal trainers, certified indoor cycling instructors and schooled in nutrition.
Two training sessions at the studio per week
Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
Sessions vary from 1.5 - 2 hours per session.

Small class size. You’ll get the attention you need and want in your training and fitness goals.
What to bring
A heart rate monitor, cycling attire, shoes with SPD cleats (or hard soled tennis shoes) and water bottle.
Our studio bikes are the Schwinn IC Evolution SR. You may bring your own pedals and / or bike and trainer.
Sign up and pay
You can pay online with your credit card or come to the studio (check website for class hours). Payment due in full on or before you start the program.
